A simple Oat spinach recipe by Nana, find out how she lost over 50lb here.
Ingredients
Raw oats
Spinach
Red pepper
Green pepper
Tomatoes
Onions
Fish
Meat/chicken
Palm oil
Garlic
Ginger(opt)
Okro
Salt
Recipe
Swallow
Blend a measurable amount of spinach, allow it to boil for few minutes. A pinch of salt to taste. Add you milled oats to the spinach water. Your swallow should be ready in 5mins.
Sauce
Steam your seasoned meat or chicken. Drain the broth, add 2-3 tbsps of palm oil/olive oil. Add up your blended chillies (pepper,  onion, garlic/ginger). Cook for a minute or two. Add your fish, leave it to cook for 2-3 minutes.  Add your chopped tomatoes, green pepper, and onions. With a lower heat, leave to cook for just a minute, maximum of 2 minutes to avoid vegetables been overcooked. Don’t forget a pinch of salt for taste.
Okro
Bring your okro to boil with little water.
Serve immediately: Hot or Warm.
