Natascha shares her weight loss story with us, despite her ups and downs she was able to lose over 60lb
At the beginning I was ashamed to go on a scale. Every time that I weighed myself I was a few pounds heavier and at a point it got out of control. I thought eating would help me because I was so insecure and sometimes just bored of everything. One day I decided to do something or at least try it.
I changed my food habits, 3 healthy meals a day, I stopped eating too late and I stopped eating when I felt bored as well. I started to go to the gym at least 5 times a week. I didn’t know about all of the machines so I tried the Cross-trainer and visited a few gym classes with some friends and after a while I realised that it’s not that hard to make a change. Your body gets used to it and you become better at working out.
After a few weeks at the gym and good food, my friends told me to weigh myself. I was so nervous but I thought it can’t get any worse than it was before. So I weigh myself and I had lost a few pounds. I did it by myself with no pressure from anybody and it felt so good.
My journey is not over yet but now I know I can make a change because I’m a strong woman! Everybody can do it. You don’t need to push yourself too hard, the results will come, it just takes time. I lost more then 60 lbs but it took me a few years with ups and downs.
I’m fitter, healthier, proud and confident.
