April gives us a very brief insight into her journey.
My name is April Ernest, a Tanzanian young woman who recently lost over 50kgs of weight through working out and clean eating. I was diagnosed with PCOS since the age of 18 and have lived with obesity all my life. In 2014 I made the best decision of my life, to get off the meds and do it clean and right, so I could be healthier. 2 years down the road I am glad to say I am happy, healthy, confident and proud of the woman I have become. I am humbled to be able to inspire women and girls like me, to believe and to keep going.
