Angela White, also known as Blac Chyna is officially back in her fitness grind for the new year, and she’s locked in. The 36 year old mum of two has been posting clips that show her training with real intensity, the kind that makes you pause mid scroll and think: okay… something’s loading.
I’m not entirely sure what she’s preparing for — whether it’s a new project, brand relaunch, media appearance, or simply a personal recommitment to health — but the energy is unmistakable. She’s training like money is on the line, and when celebrities move like this, it’s rarely accidental. I’ve seen enough celebrity “soft launches” to know the signs.
Angela White’s Trainer Line Up: Miranda Chavez & A1fit
Angela has enlisted the help of trainer Miranda Chavez alongside A1fit, and honestly that pairing alone tells us a lot. These aren’t casual Instagram trainers. This is structured, progressive training designed to build strength, conditioning, and visible results.
I personally like to think of celebrities as generous people in this regard. They pay for elite expertise, do the trial and error for us, and then share snippets of their routines publicly so we don’t have to pay…I guess. In exchange, we give our loyalty and support. A fair exchange… don’t you think?
Why This Workout Stood Out to Me
Of all the sessions Angela has shared recently, this particular workout caught my attention because it’s:
Easy to follow
→Adaptable for home or gym
→Suitable for beginners through to advanced
→Focused on core, legs, arms, and conditioning
Whether you’re:
→Returning to the gym after a break
→Balancing motherhood and movement
→Looking for a structured but flexible workout
→Or simply needing motivation from someone who’s clearly committed
This is the kind of workout that aligns beautifully with what Afrogirlfitness is about: functional fitness, realistic routines, and sustainable strength, especially for women balancing life, work, and family.
Blac Chyna Inspired Core, Legs & Arms Workout
Gym based, but easily modified for home
NOTE: Generally, a good trainer will keep things simple. Beginners are usually advised to start with 2–3 sets of 10–12 reps using lighter weights, just enough to learn the movement and build confidence. Intermediate lifters might move into 3–4 sets of 8–10 reps with moderate weight, while those who are more advanced often work with heavier loads, fewer reps, or higher volume, depending on the goal and especially if that chiselled, sculpted look is what they’re after.
Core Activation

- Lying cable crunch
- Kneeling rope crunch
At home swap cables for resistance bands or weighted crunches.
Lower Body & Conditioning

- StairMaster walk – Level 4 (Low impact, excellent for fat burning and endurance)
- Staggered walking squats
- Pulse squats
- Lateral squat steps (left to right)
These movements are brilliant for glutes, quads, and inner thighs — and they don’t require heavy weights to be effective.
Strength Work (Machine Based)

- Smith machine squats
- Smith machine reverse lunges
The Smith machine often gets overlooked, but it’s fantastic for building confidence, control, and progressive overload especially for women returning to training.
Upper Body & Finishers

- Lat pulldown
- Battle ropes
- Ski Machine work
Battle ropes are a sneaky killer. They elevate heart rate fast, torch calories, and build upperbody endurance which is perfect for finishing a session strong.
If you’re training from home, I’ve also created a Blac Chyna–inspired gym routine adapted for home workouts over on my YouTube channel and it’s perfect if you want the same go-hard energy without the equipment:
Click link: BLACK CHYNA HOME ROUTINE
Blac Chyna’s hot girl gym routine is a reminder that a slender, fit look isn’t about doing the most but about doing the basics well, over and over again. Structured workouts like this only work when they’re paired with mindful eating, enough protein to support muscle tone, and habits you can actually stick to long term. Progress won’t always be loud, but with consistency, patience, and a realistic approach to both training and diet, results do come.
