INGREDIENTS
1 Raw Big Beet (wash and blend the stalk)
1 Pear
2 Red Apples
2 Slices of Ginger
2 Strawberries
6 Red Grapes
3 Celery stalks
A tall cup of water

ALTERNATIVES
Swap Pear for White Cabbage
Swap Celery for cucumber

PREPARATION
Peel and chop your beets and the stalk into small pieces and place them in your blender, add your base and blend for 1min. Add your other ingredients and blend on FULL power until it is smooth.

The addition of Celery & ginger made this smoothie so refreshing! Great remedy for the Flu season and a great weight loss supplement.

Serves 2-3 people.
