Emmanuella gives us 3 reasons why she loves to workout at home:
– Training at home is free, I don’t need to pay anything and I can workout as long as I want.
– I feel more comfortable at home than being arround people , I’m even more focused on myself in my intimate place.
– The last one is I’m a morning person, I wake up at 5:30am so I don’t need to go outside to go to the gym, I have sport tools at home so …Why do you want me to go to the gym?

For each exercice I do 20 reps and 3 sets. For my last pushup exercise I do 10 reps and 3 sets.
Make sure when you are done to stretch your body and drink water.
